These Terms apply to all creators/clippers (“Clipper,” “You”) using CAMp (Clip Africa Market Place) Africa’s managed clipping marketplace to discover campaigns, edit and post clips, and earn from verified views across South Africa, Nigeria and Ghana. CAMp is a product of Prime Lens Studios (Pty) Ltd. By posting clips, connecting accounts, or participating in any campaign, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the platform.

Payout gate: Clippers must be KYC-Verified to withdraw earnings. South African clippers must submit a stamped bank confirmation letter. You may submit clips while KYC is pending, but earnings are held until verification is approved.
1.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to use CAMp (Clip Africa Market Place). Users between 13–17 may use the platform only with verified parent/guardian consent, where the parent or legal guardian creates the account, agrees to these Terms, and assumes full responsibility for the minor’s activity.
1.2 You must use your real social media accounts. No fake identities, duplicate accounts, or burner accounts meant to cheat metrics or payouts.
1.3 By using CAMp, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete, including your country (South Africa, Nigeria or Ghana) and banking or mobile-money details.
1.4 LEGAL COMPLIANCE: By using CAMp, you represent and warrant that all content you create and post in connection with any Campaign complies with (a) all applicable laws and regulations in South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, and any market in which your content may be viewed, and (b) the terms and conditions of any social media platform on which you post content. CAMp does not independently verify the legality of any Campaign, Brand, or content.
2.1 To receive payouts, clippers must complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification through CAMp. You may submit clips while your KYC is pending, but earnings are held in a capped earnings balance until verification is approved.
2.2 All South African clippers must submit a stamped bank confirmation letter as part of KYC. This document confirms the account into which payouts are directed. Nigerian and Ghanaian clippers provide verified mobile-money details instead.
2.3 KYC documents required: (a) government-issued ID (front and back), (b) proof of address, and (c) for SA users, a bank confirmation letter or for NG and GH users, registered mobile-money provider details.
2.4 CAMp may reject a KYC submission and request re-upload if documents are illegible, expired, or inconsistent with the information on file.
2.5 Falsifying KYC documents results in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all pending and held earnings, and a permanent ban from CAMp.
3.1 CAMp operates on a CPM (cost-per-mille) model. Campaigns are either Clipping (you edit and repost the brand’s source video) or UGC (you create original content from the brand’s brief). You earn based on verified views against the campaign’s CPM rate, subject to the minimum view threshold and per-clipper maximum cap set by the brand. Cost-per-acquisition (CPA) campaigns are not supported.
3.2 You discover campaigns in the CAMp Marketplace filtered to your country, express interest, and submit clips for active campaigns. You may post clips across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
3.3 All campaign requirements — content rules, format guidelines, approval criteria, deliverables, deadlines, and the Top-4 editing guide — are documented in the campaign brief on CAMp. Requirements not documented within the platform are not enforceable.
3.4 You may only be rejected based on requirements stated in the campaign brief on CAMp. If a brand rejects your submission based on instructions given through external channels (WhatsApp, email, DMs), you may appeal and the submission may be auto-approved.
3.5 If your clip is removed by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform for policy violations, it becomes ineligible for payout.
3.6 CAMp and brands may change, pause, or remove campaigns at any time without prior notice. CAMp may close a campaign to new submissions once it reaches 90% payout-pool utilisation.
4.1 The following actions result in PERMANENT BAN with NO APPEAL and forfeiture of ALL pending and earned payouts: (a) botting views or engagement; (b) buying followers, likes, comments, or shares; (c) automating posting or engagement; (d) faking metrics or manipulating performance data; (e) using third-party tools to artificially inflate performance; (f) participating in engagement pods or view manipulation schemes; (g) multi-posting the same asset solely to farm payouts; (h) timing bots to appear organic or rotating accounts to hide patterns; (i) using collaborative post features to attribute a single video’s views to multiple accounts and submitting the same content more than once for payout; (j) collaborating with inactive or newly created accounts to duplicate view counts.
4.2 CAMp reserves the right to (a) flag, pause, or ban videos or accounts for suspected invalid activity; (b) zero out or reverse earnings derived from invalid activity; (c) suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate or attempt to circumvent detection.
4.3 SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT BLACKLIST: Upon a permanent ban, CAMp may permanently blacklist any social media accounts connected to the banned user. Blacklisted accounts may not be used to create new CAMp accounts or participate in campaigns, even under a different email or identity.
4.4 Any attempt to circumvent a ban by creating new accounts or using alternate social media accounts results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all earnings.
5.1 To claim earnings, you must log views against your approved clip submission. Each view log requires completion of a six-step verification checklist and submission of a proof video demonstrating the reported views.
5.2 CAMp maintains a Bot Score for each video submission to detect artificial or manipulated engagement, evaluating view growth patterns, account authenticity, engagement ratios, and behavioural signals.
5.3 Videos with Bot Scores indicating likely artificial engagement may be flagged, have earnings withheld, or be permanently rejected.
5.4 CAMp may audit reported view counts at any time. Fraudulent reporting forfeits earnings and negatively affects your Trust Score.
5.5 The specific factors, weights, classification thresholds, and detection methods are proprietary to CAMp and may be updated at any time without notice.
6.1 CAMp maintains a Trust Score for each clipper that influences eligibility for auto-approval, faster payouts, priority in refund situations, and access to certain campaigns.
6.2 Trust Score reflects submission quality, payout history, and view-log integrity. It may increase with high approval rates and consistent low Bot Scores, and decrease with rejected submissions, high Bot Scores, policy violations, and extended inactivity.
6.3 Pending or unreviewed submissions do not affect Trust Score. Only rejected submissions impact it negatively.
6.4 Upon campaign removal, pending submissions from creators/clippers with a Trust Score of 80% or above are auto-approved and paid from the payout pool. Submissions from creators/clippers below 80% continue through the standard seven-day review window.
6.5 The Trust Score formula, weights, and thresholds are proprietary to CAMp and may change at any time without notice.
7.1 Brand-Provided Content: If the brand provided the original content (templates, long-form footage, assets, scripts), the brand owns the final edited clip you create and post.
7.2 Original Creator/Clipper Content: If you filmed or edited your own original content for a CPM campaign, you retain ownership of the clip. By submitting it, you grant CAMp and the specific brand a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, edit, repost, advertise, and redistribute the clip.
7.3 Likeness Rights: You grant CAMp and brands permission to use your username, voice, face/likeness, and any captions or statements associated with the clip for campaign promotion.
7.4 Portfolio Use: You may use clips you create in your personal portfolio unless the brand has opted out of portfolio usage in the campaign brief.
7.5 You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
8.1 Each clip goes through two review steps: (1) the brand has seven (7) days to approve, reject, or request changes; if the brand takes no action within seven days the submission is auto-approved; (2) CAMp admin compliance review. You can log views only once both steps are complete and the clip is Approved. Approved submissions are effective retrospectively from the submission date.
8.2 A brand may appeal an auto-approved submission within fourteen (14) days if it discovers malpractice or a policy violation, with documented evidence (e.g. a view-log proof video).
8.3 If a dispute is opened, the related payout is frozen until CAMp reviews and issues a binding decision within five (5) business days.
8.4 CAMp reserves the right to auto-approve or auto-reject submissions, or modify review windows, based on Trust Score.
9.1 Verified views generate earnings credited to your CAMp wallet. Earnings are calculated as (verified views ÷ 1000) × campaign CPM, subject to the campaign’s minimum threshold and per-clipper maximum cap.
9.2 PAYOUT GATE: Payouts are released only once your KYC — including the bank confirmation letter for SA clippers — is verified. While unverified, your earnings accumulate in a capped earnings balance and cannot be withdrawn.
9.3 Clipper payouts are batched and processed on a regular schedule by CAMp admins. Payouts are directed to your verified bank account (SA) or registered mobile-money provider (NG & GH).
9.4 CAMp reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or claw back earnings derived from invalid activity, policy violations, or fraudulent view logs.
10.1 You must truthfully represent your audience demographics and content.
10.2 Misrepresentation of demographic data, or using audiences that clearly do not match campaign targeting, may be treated as a violation.
10.3 Violations of this section can impact payouts, Trust Score, and account standing.
11.1 You may not use CAMp campaigns to redirect, funnel, or encourage audiences or other creators/clippers to sign up for any external platform or competing service.
11.2 You may not run campaigns for prohibited categories, including illegal drugs, weapons, unregulated gambling, counterfeit goods, or content that incites hate or violence.
11.3 You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person or entity.
11.4 Violations result in immediate campaign removal, account termination, forfeiture of pending earnings, and a permanent ban from CAMp.
12.1 Clipper payouts are processed in the currency of the campaign market — South African Rand (ZAR) for SA campaigns, Nigerian Naira (NGN) for NG campaigns, and Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) for GH campaigns.
12.2 You are responsible for any applicable income tax obligations arising from your CAMp earnings. CAMp does not remit taxes on your behalf.
12.3 CAMp may set minimum payout thresholds. Wallets below the eligible threshold remain in a BelowThreshold status until the balance qualifies for payout.
13.1 CAMp provides a managed marketplace and is not liable for the performance, reach, or conversion outcomes of any campaign. We facilitate matching, escrow, and payouts.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAMp’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the earnings payable to you for the related submission.
13.3 We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms, fraud, or policy violations. Upon termination, approved payouts remain valid; pending unverified earnings are forfeited if the termination is for cause.
14.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clippers. Continued use of CAMp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14.2 Payout gates, CPM floors, and KYC requirements in effect at the time you submit a clip apply to that submission, unless required by law.
